Catholic Care Options and Program for the Elderly (CCOPE)
CCOPE is a case management service that extends support and information and referral services to those elderly who have applied to a Catholic Nursing Home within the Archdiocese and, for whatever reason, did not gain entry. The Case Management Supervisor works with the elder and his/her family until their situation has been appropriately resolved.

Senior Care Partners, a division of Catholic Health Care Services of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia provides aging seniors, their adult children and other caregivers with the support and assistance needed to navigate the increasingly complicated world of at home care services for seniors. Our skilled geriatric care managers are available to work with the elderly and their loved ones in a variety of ways. We develop a customized approach for each individual based on their unique circumstances.
