Catholic Care Options and Program for the Elderly (CCOPE)
CCOPE is a case management service that extends support and information and referral services to those elderly who have applied to a Catholic Nursing Home within the Archdiocese and, for whatever reason, did not gain entry. The Case Management Supervisor works with the elder and his/her family until their situation has been appropriately resolved.
Archdiocesan Parish Nurse Program (APNP)
The APNP assists and supports interested parishes in the development and management of parish nurse programs or health ministry teams. Parish nurses focus on reinforcing the connection between health and spirituality. Services can include health education, friendly visiting, provision of information and referral, support groups and various health related programs such as health fairs as well as advocacy.
