Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC)
Villa Saint Martha, a full continuum of care campus, is pleased to offer prospective Independent Living residents the option to choose from two different plans:
- Monthly Rental Plan
- CCRC Plan
Monthly Rental Plan
The Monthly Rental Plan is the contract type that has traditionally been offered at Villa Saint Martha in Downingtown, PA. It requires no upfront payment and our standard monthly fees are required.
CCRC Plan
The CCRC Plan is a new option available beginning in April 2009. The CCRC plan requires payment of a modest, one-time entrance fee, but offers residents the benefit of a lower monthly service fee during their stay in inependent living.
