Catholic Health Care Services offers Independent Living for seniors who wish to continue an active lifestyle within a supportive, safe and secure environment. Independent Living apartments feature fully-equipped kitchens, bathrooms with safety features and an emergency call system. Our Independent Living communities offer residents peace of mind and a quality lifestyle as they enjoy the company of their neighbors as well as the privacy of their own apartments.
The CCRC Plan is a new option available beginning in April 2009. The CCRC plan requires payment of a modest, one-time entrance fee, but offers residents the benefit of a lower monthly service fee during their stay in inependent living.
